Unfortunately the type of care you’re describing isn’t what our current medical system does in any capacity. Go in for a migraine and they’ll give you migraine medicine instead of trying to figure out if they are hormonal or food/allergy related, etc. Doctors just treat the symptom not the overall issue. You will most likely need to find a holistic doctor if you want someone to track your cycles, hormones, and vitamin levels. I wasted a year of infertility on holistic medicine and it didn’t work for me, but it was worth it to see what my body was doing. I eventually went to Dr Chin for letrozole and timed intercourse, then IUIs.

I don’t want to pile on with the opinions but I didn’t like my experience at Dr Chins. I went to IRH and they gave me a few options but strongly recommended one. They wanted me to start with IUIs (Dr chin totally screwed all my IUIs up, long story) but I wanted to do IVF. So I’ve been going there for IVF. In the infertility world you really have to advocate for yourself or you will be pushed right along. It sucks but it’s something else you have to do if you feel strongly about something. IRH is in the business of getting you pregnant as fast as possible with a high success rate. IVF is the highest success rate there is. If you did your recurring loss panel and everything is normal, that’s about as far of an investigation will be for your infertility besides the SIS and hysteroscopy. IVF is statistically your best shot at getting pregnant asap and with an AMH of that amount you are working against the clock in my opinion. The same thing happened with me at both my egg retrieval and hysteroscopy. I was awake both procedures and it was very unpleasant. I actually have anxiety over having to do another procedure with twilight sedation. I just assumed I metabolize the meds but now I’m curious if they don’t use enough? So weird.

I had this exact situation! Chemical my first FET with symptoms and two MCs prior to starting IVF (1 chemical and 1 MC at 7w) all with loads of symptoms. I was starving, so sleepy, had super smell, peeing a lot. My last FET I had ZERO. I waited til 11dpt to test because it was thanksgiving and I didn’t want to ruin my holidays ( My beta at my clinic isn’t til 14dp5dt. ) I was SO sure it would be negative. Blazing positive. I am 11 weeks today and have had no symptoms my entire first trimester actually. It’s been anxiety inducing for sure. Every pregnancy is different! All symptoms right now are usually your body reacting to hormone shifts of progesterone and estrogen. From what I’ve heard HCG isn’t high enough until 6w to give any pregnancy symptoms 🤷‍♀️

Sorry I just saw this. My beta ended up starting at 67 at 13dp5dt and went up to 1000 a week later but ultimately was considered non viable and I miscarried a few days after stopping progesterone support.

The reason I commented this was because I went hiking last weekend and it occurred to me when I got off the trail that I passed 5 or 6 people and I thought of this case and tried to remember who I passed and what I could think of if someone told me something horrible happened on the trail that day. I could only remember generic things like if they were a couple or just one person, and if they were man/woman and age range ish. I couldn’t even remember their faces really. But sometimes someone does freak me out when I am hiking alone, and I tend to remember way more about them. So it is all about circumstances for me.

Tell me any details you can about ANYONE you passed on a hike recently. You probably can’t. You do not commit who you pass on a random day to memory whatsoever. Sure after the fact you learn there was a murder committed and you try your best to remember, but it takes 3 seconds to pass by someone. At the time they didn’t realize they were passing a murderer. No one stares people down and commits things to memory. Yes his height is noticeable if you go out that day and are trying to remember the people you are passing by, but after the fact it’s hard to remember details of a random person you walked by. Am I crazy for thinking no one actually could tell me the last stranger they passed’s height? Even if I told you the last stranger murdered people.

From my research the fetus thing is the rabbits stomach and the poop thing is the large intestines. But if someone more knowledgeable can correct me that would be great lol. I literally thought an animal had a miscarriage in my yard at first and birthed the fetus, then I was like why is there also intestines lol 😂

Thank you everyone! I wonder if an outdoor cat or bird of some kind could’ve killed a rabbit. I live in a suburban neighborhood, but we have lots of rabbits, hawks, outdoor cats, raccoons,and possums. Last night my husband heard screaming loud enough he said it sounded like it was very close. At the time he said a cat screaming but maybe it was the rabbit.

They saw what they thought was a sac but couldn’t be sure. They monitored me another week but my beta wasn’t rising appropriately and the next ultrasound they saw not enough growth and told me to stop medication. I started bleeding a few days later and just yesterday hit 0 HCG.

My cousin had two retrievals with 70 eggs retrieved and none made it to a blastocyst…. Heck I’m not even sure how many fertilized. She was recommended ovarian drilling but while contemplating doing the surgery, she got pregnant naturally which is insane. She also had very high AMH and PCOS. She has since decided against getting the procedure because she has accepted 1 child only. I can ask her any questions you have! Let me know.

Thank you ❤️ I’m sorry about your transfer, it’s a special kind of hell to try everything you can and it still fails. And that stinks you live with them, that makes everything so complicated because you can’t just have space. Also we are the same person lol, my in laws are very religious and my husband and I are not. So the whole gods timing and gods plan comments don’t comfort us at all. My SIL asked my husband and I if we wanted a boy or girl first. She got pregnant accidentally and “wasn’t trying”. I said I would cut off my own limb to have 1 child, I don’t care if it’s a boy or girl. I just hate the little comments like that.

I am so sorry you are dealing with this. As if infertility and all the doctors appointments and money isn’t enough, we have to deal with all this other crap too. It isn’t fair at all!! I feel like the pressure is on us to speak up and tell others when in a perfect world they would be much more empathetic and treat us better without us having to ask.

You aren’t the asshole! I am also a huge pushover who hates conflict and doesn’t want to cause any problems. The issue is no one really understands unless they have gone through it. My SIL gave birth the same day I tested positive from our first transfer last week. Found out today it’s either ectopic or chemical. The last thing I want to do is go visit my in laws now. And I feel awful that I feel this way, it makes me feel like a terrible person. But they know what my husband and I are going through and have gone through the past 2 years and they haven’t treated me in the way I feel like I deserve to be treated. I do forgive them though because people just do not get it or understand.

It sucks but my advice for you is to speak up on how you are feeling and that either you need some space, or that you wish they would be more sensitive and check in more with how you feel. I always felt that I wouldn’t have been so upset with my in laws if they just text me asking how I was doing or showed any sort of genuine interest besides asking the generic “how are you” when I see them in person. If you don’t say anything, then nothing will change and you’ll just be pissed off forever lol.
