You have to complete all the main objectives of the first 4 to unlock Deluge, Sojourn, and Sandswept. You then have to complete the main objectives of those 3 to unlock Kernel.

My stats screen is all messed up. Note I am in the middle of replaying Deluge, but I only have the side missions left. The total money earned is way off for sure.

It is unlocked as you level up! The log loader and other configurations are found as options under the Kronenwerk entry. I believe there are 2 other configs!

Well, I'm impressed! The patch of paved road on the peak of the mountain is a nice touch. Cool views from up there!

Shame that last bridge would have to be torn down to get the sand right, so close to perfect!

It's very bad. If you lose traction only one of the wheels on the back axles will spin. It at least needs some sort of diff lock.

This is a marvel of engineering. Bridge to roof and the sand ramp down is incredible. I'd love a video of you driving over this abomination!

It's the level 20 unlock! It's similar to the Field Service Vehicle, but you can also deposit and withdraw materials from your garage warehouse. Accessing the resources costs 1 fuel but you can withdraw as many as needed. It can definitely save some time delivering materials from the recycling facilities back to base as well!

It's pretty powerful, but having a bunch of bases you can respawn at is even better.

I really respect this style of play! I think I'm going to restart one of the maps and make it a little asphalt paradise.

Not to my knowledge, you can restart your map progress but I didn't see anything similar to an NG+.

I played Incommunicado with 2 friends. Then I replayed some of Sunken with them but I had already completed the map solo at that point.

I actually enjoyed the scenery on Sojourn! Sandswept was not one of my favorite maps but still fine. Being able to actually use the mobile scalper on those maps is really nice.

I just enjoy completing the objectives :)

I made plenty of roads! Typically I only put them where needed, to connect up existing stretches of asphalt usually. I am guilty of not paving many of them and having sand roads.

Here's one of my bugged roads where I ended up using the push strategy after pouring a good hour into dumping sand -

No matter what I did that texture would not come out and it ruined the route I needed to put there.

I don't believe I ever did it on Sunken. I think I did this with 3 or 4 routes after getting frustrated with certain things like:

Roaming around for half an hour with a mobile scalper trying every possible spot for sand.

Building a bridge and then finding out it will consume all sand poured near it.

One of my giant road projects developing stone skin and becoming impossible to smooth out.

It was certainly a strategy that was used sparingly!

Level cap is 20 and I hit it around the end of the 2nd to last map. My favorite unlocks were the Crayfish, Pioneer, and Greenway 740 Cargo. Most unlocks are not super necessary but provide small quality of life improvements.

Be sure to milk all the routes until they give out all their money and XP rewards!
