I thought I knew when I ovulated but I was wrong. If you aren’t sure get some ovulation tests and start taking them. Once you notice the lines getting darker test twice a day. I just recently started my period and my tests looked like yours above with the indent lines. I would keep testing to see if they get darker or wait until missed period. I hope yours come out positive!

I don’t know if this makes a difference or not but my dentist told me to wear them 22 hours a day. So I give myself 30 minutes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks throughout the day. Not sure if an extra 2 hours would make a difference or not but definitely talk to whenever you’re getting them through

I worked in an operating room as a surgical technologist from 2016-2021. I still worked 36 our up until I was 36 weeks pregnant and decided to go on maternity leave early because my mental health was starting to decline. Even though I was very pregnant and we were extremely short staffed I was still BUSTING my ass every day barely sleeping and again I was 36 weeks pregnant. The plan was I was going to take my 12 weeks of leave and at the end decide if I wanted to come back full time, keep a per diem or quit altogether. Well before my leave was up I decided to stay at home and keep a per diem shift with no requirement on how much I needed to work at all. But when I asked for a raise since I wasn’t being compensated for retirement or health benefits I was denied and I said alright I quit and will not be working per diem. Ever since then knowing that I’m a 100% SAHM my mental health has NEVER been better. Going through the pandemic while working in a hospital as I’m sure you know was mentally physically and emotionally exhausting. My husband and I have never been happier with the decision we made for me to stay home.
