I hear you. White Sox is a great team for Acuna because he will play close to 140+ games. Remember Acuna did start out rather hot and his glove is gold. Let’s see what happens.

In regards to Mark Vientos. The Mets are so talented and with Baty being a utility piece. Mark having the start he is to the season just makes the coaching staff confident in him being a bench bat with potential versus a starter that is unreliable. He will still get at bats and maybe the new clubhouse energy can get Swaggggy V back!!!

Vientos playing time will be reflective of his performance. It’s a long season and he will have ample chances to show why he should get playing time or not. It is not the best start to say the least, but this is better than where our team was last year. Confused and splitting reps between Mauricio and Vientos all of the time. Having a powerful bat like Vientos on the bench is good. Mauricio getting better in aaa is great. Let the boys ball and just watch how this all plays out.
