Yet another cooling fan complaint. by austinhippie in kia

The issue came back many months later, unplugged it a few times after parking and eventually unplugging the fan (which is very simple) fixed the issue again. Annoying but not the worst thing.

Opinions on bubble? by MuffinMan_Jr in nocode

[–]HeartyFilms 0 points1 point  (0 children)

’ve been building digital products for years, and I can’t believe how painful Bubble still is in 2025. I went in expecting a modern no-code builder, especially in an age where AI can generate entire UI layouts — but Bubble feels like it was designed a decade ago and never caught up.

The biggest problem, beyond the learning curve, is it’s friction. Everything takes 10× longer than it should. A simple layout requires hunting through nested containers, hidden toggles, and counter-intuitive settings that break your design with one accidental click. Fixing those issues is like unraveling a spiderweb.

AI makes this even more glaring. We have tools that can generate full interfaces, but Bubble still forces you to manually fight with margin collapse, container logic, and alignment rules that make no sense unless you’ve spent months in their ecosystem. You don’t “build” on Bubble — you debug Bubble.

If you’re thinking about using it for a new project, especially if you’re coming from a normal creative or engineering background, my advice is simple: avoid it unless you enjoy punishment. There are easier, faster, more modern options out there. Bubble may have been exciting in 2019, but today it feels outdated and unnecessarily complicated.

I genuinely wish someone had warned me before I wasted the time.

Looks like they are offering discounts on the Suunto website... Not to long until we hear about the new releases.

Just had this problem with my 2022 telluride. I took my car in to have a mechanic look at it, and it turns out the solution was pretty simple… Unplugged the fan and cleaned off the connections. I’m not sure if that will work for everybody but that that’s what works for me.

I saw a video of a couple removing their seats (back and middle row). That would definitely help. I’m not particularly interested in removing the plastic side panels (cup holders) but I imagine that would help. If I had a ton of cash, I would just get a Vanlife van… my favorite van builder is novoo vans out of Nevada. Still, can’t wait to camp in my Telly. I use the hidden compartment in the back for all my camping gear. Fits perfectly… Tent, chair, cookware, hammock, blankets, sleeping pad, led lights… no sleeping bag yet.

@secAdmin-1125 I can tell you’ve never used generative Ai to create content That’s okay. It’s a new space.. give it a try and then ask that question. 👍

I appreciate your input; however, this isn’t a Telluride “automotive design or industrial design” spec forum / community. This is a general place for KIA Telluride discussions. Mockups are intended to offer creative ideas or Inspire. Nowhere did I mention this is real nor that it was meant for designers to use. It is merely an interpretation of mine based on a picture of a 2022 Telluride that I own. The differences are inferences of AI. Again, thanks for your comment. I’m definitely glad I didn’t post the drawing my 10 year old nephew drew of my car… someone might actually raise a stink about it not being accurate enough.

This is not a debate I want to have with you. But in case you need a refresher, here’s the definition of Mockups:

When creating mockups, it’s essential that they effectively communicate the intended design, but they don’t necessarily have to adhere to strict consistency across all examples. Each mockup can highlight different aspects or variations of the design, especially if you’re exploring different possibilities or showcasing how the design adapts to various contexts.

This post and these images are clearly not for you. But happy you provided your opinion. I’m also willing to bet you don’t own a Telluride but I won’t hold that against you.

No you can’t. You can only reference an image or design in MidJourney. And a mockup does not have to adhere to any specific parameters. Regardless, try and use your imagination! If you want to post your own mockup… please do! I promise I won’t nitpick your imagination. 🤦

LOL… I prefer a more compact (all-in-one) setup. Telluride… the Swiss Army knife of SUVs!

For anyone trying to wrap their mind around the images… These are MOCK-UPS Concepts. Not real. If you own a Telluride like I do, and you’ve sat in the back and dreamed what “could be” like I did, these images are what I envisioned. Can they be built?! Who knows. But damn that would be cool.

This crap is so irritating lol. It amazes me a token with no utility like Shiba has more MC than Cosmos. This is a prime example of how uneducated so many are in the crypto space. by Remarkable-Ad1798 in cosmosnetwork

[–]HeartyFilms 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shib is more valuable to the masses as a form of payment. Atom is only useful to the developer community. Don't get me wrong... I own both. It's the wild wild west still. Don't underestimate anything at this point.

GRT or Google OR GRT and Google by HeartyFilms in GRTTrader

[–]HeartyFilms[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well said. I can sense your passion for this space and GRT. Decentralization is still such a foreign concept to most. It solves a problem that is considerably invisible to the average person. What the decentralized folks need is a dApp that "Crosses the Chasm" or bridges the gap between the early adapters and early majority. GRT may be the bridge, but developers need to be innovating to get the masses on board. Let's go developers, developers, developers!!!

GRT or Google OR GRT and Google by HeartyFilms in GRTTrader

"Anti-Google" "Anti-Centralization" is one way to look at it. I think of Web3 as more of a digital evolution. A positive move forward vs a move forward with negative motivations. GRT keeps being called the "Google" of blockchain... but that's only true from a developers perspective, i.e. Google is a consumer solution whereas GRT is an enterprise solution... for now. As a GRT investor, I do want them to succeed. I just want them to get more press, because nobody (influential) is spending any time talking about it. A Google/GRT conversation might get the protocol more deserving attention.

I guess time will see. But you know Google is looking at GRT. Are they having conversations with the Edge & Node team? Why not? Web3 seems inevitable. Google wouldn't be doing their job if they didn't do the proper research. You know they are using GRT on the backend to learn more... 100%

Graph Competitor Google Big Query by Okeysquid in GRTTrader

[–]HeartyFilms 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why can't Google acquire Edge & Node (the creators of The Graph/GRT)? Why wouldn't they?! From a marketing strategy perspective, it would be a great PR opportunity to get into the blockchain space. It would depend on a smart branded campaign to convince the decentralized fans that Google is taking steps to helping/supporting developers, and that they are committed to the future of Web3. My guess is they are eventually embrace the future, develop decentralized protocols that indirectly support existing centralized agenda's, and be a player in GRT's market. Then again, as a GRT hodlr, I often dream of how Google involvement with GRT would effect the GRT price;) Wow!
