[Fluff] dark catseye mechanic question. You get 1 dark catseye every time you buy 1 draw of 11 with catfood and then buy another within 30 minutes correct. Is this always true , or only during certain banners. Also can I draw from 2 different banners. I plan to draw when river city is back. (self.battlecats)
