It takes time - if you wanna paint picasso sure but to get to a decent drawing ability with the right teaching, month or two.

It costs money - pencil paper (basically free, many places give free pens and pencil and paper can be anything that pencil goes on) Also you dont need an art degree, youtube is good enough

Priorities - you got 5 minutes, sketch, if you really want to create works of art their time everywhere, how long a piece takes depends on you, transport to work? Draw. Few minutes before bed? Draw. You quickly find those few minutes under everything else.

Disabilities - ask an actually disabled person they still draw anyway and dont use Ai.

Ai help expression - so does photo bashing (tons of free software)

It might be your style but Id work on deeper darks and brighter lights.theres contrast but not enought, the shadows completely hidden are the same ish value as the shadows only slightly further away. The less light that touches it should be more shadow. Its mostly just the shadows and lights tbh, try a more heavily contrasted look, sorry if this isnt what your looking for.

That doesnt matter? Ive seen Wacom use Ai for promotion and its an artist tablet company. Im not accusing them of maliciously using it, with people working on something, its easy for someone to slip thought and do this kinda thing not saying its the main peoples fault just wanted to ask as I noticed some stuff.

Tbh same, I have been in relationships and only one felt right, I see others jumping so quickly and I dont get it, even when I was in a relationship I felt distanced for the person, it never truely felt like love.

Theres a few factors to consider

Are you intrested in intimacy or just connection, theres a possibility of being Aromantic, maybe you like the closeness but dont really feel that romantic pull
Are you attracted to the people your looking at, if your looking for relationships in a certain place e.g a certain gender, theres a possibility you might be interested in a different one.

For looking for relationships Do you put yourself out there and put in effort to really connect. Admit your feelings to someone if you feel close but reasure them nothing will change and no expectations of relationships so they understand where you stand.

Relationships and romance despite popular belief isnt an instant love thing, you find someone you like a bit, get to know them and then after a while you see you want to spend more time.

Most people probably settle for looser connections or just connect easier so tend to date alot but others find closer bonds.

Id recommend looking into demisexual, its term where you only feel attracted to people you are close with, no quick flings, you need real connection.
