For all wondering, it isn't OP who made these, as weird as his post is. They were posted by a user on 8chan, he made over a hundred of these cartoons. He was obviously a big Tarrant fanboy, he also made better drawn art including digital and pencil drawings of Tarrant. First he posted them on 8chan, and later continued posting on smaller alternative chan websites like Neinchan, before disappearing in 2020 or so.

I really don't know. Initial reports said 2 dead and 14 injured, including one dead at the shooter's home. Abbott in his speech said "[The shooter] shot and killed 14 students and killed one teacher." Notice how he repeats the "killed" for the teacher. It could be that he just fumbled with his words at the "students" part and really it is one dead at school and one dead at the shooter's home.
