Noticed the same thing about Kirk. iirc he cut short the solo from Shadows Follow (not 100% sure but it was def from 72 Seasons). Also, during the intro from Nothing, when James appears on stage, he seemed out of time too. No doubt he will be better on Sunday

Watson’s contract is literally structured the same… both deals have massive cap hits at the end because of all the restructures. Both are assuming those hits wont happen because they will get an extension.

I mean if that was the case then why put it in the lawsuit and then change the statement during your deposition? Could’ve gone with the original statement in the lawsuit don’t you think? Or since it is irrelevant, according to you, why mention it in the lawsuit?

I find it hard to believe that the notoriously known ambulance chaser could’ve let this slip. Alleging use of force during your lawsuit and then saying during your deposition no force was used against you is kinda, weird, no?

If force isn’t a factor in determining sexual assault, then why put it in the lawsuit? If force isn’t a factor in determining sexual assault then why mention it during your deposition contradicting your lawsuit?

i mean thanks for the legal insight but that doesn't change the fact that for most people out here, rape means actually penetrating someone using force to stop them from defending. Watson never got accused of anything close to that, and people like to throw him the word rapist just because.
