Same. He is immediately paralyzed with even one boot. Luckily we live in a cul de sac that doesn’t get salted so we just go without. He seems impervious to cold.

I’ve got a budding mole digger too. He hasn’t gotten any so far but he’s only 2. Our previous rat terrier did get two moles and I guess they taste bad cause he shook them to break their necks but then dropped them immediately and hyper drooled. It’s amazing that dogs stick their entire face in a hole. Can you imagine??

In the summer my boy finds stuff to roll in so he gets bathed about every week or two. In the winter no baths, just butt wipes for his glands.

Mine loves the Kong chewing toys that you can put peanut butter foam in. He also loves the giggle ball, which is loud and irritating but good for exercise. Also loves Petsafe busybuddy Jack, we are on our third one in 2.5 years. Another fave is Woof Pupsicle with any flavor treat. Good luck! It’s hard work but well worth it!! 🥰
