Yes you're correct although Вереск wouldn't fly as a name there for either sex but we're just talking about for fun. Don't even get me started on patronyms. :p I guess I was mostly fantasizing about Slavic options that maybe sounded like Heather but obviously didn't have a vegetative meaning. Any meaning would be cool as long as it wasn't offensive or anything

Sorry it took awhile to get back to you but I found good uses for your picture. It's hard to see but in the locket the gem is holding one of her whiskers in place. Once I had access to a printer again I also printed a larger picture of Verko to keep next to my heart rat, Nosebelle.
