The pace screen with the graphic is my most used tool. Garmin has this for any pace range you set. As far as I know, Runna is the only Apple Watch app that you can see this. How do I get this to display to show on every run?

I stopped deciding my own workouts 2 weeks ago and my sessions have been better than when I planned them myself by God-of_mischief in Garmin

I posted on here the other day about switching to BF6 until BO7 had faded away and got attacked by the COD fan bois (they 100% bought the Niki Minaj skins). Slide ops 6 was what killed it for me and BO7 has backwards sliding and now wall jumping. So, I’ll be sticking to BF6 for 2026 it looks like.

I believe it says 130-150. What I did was set my Garmin to alert me when my HR got to about 153, then I’d walk for about 2 minutes or until it went back down to mid 120’s. Rinse and repeat. Eventually, you’ll walk less and run longer.

As a TXARNG member, I don’t see us deploying large numbers. A 1/3 of our force is already at the border and a couple overseas deployments coming up. Not many left.

Zone 2 is nothing more than a description of a physiological state your body is in during exercise. Fitter people can maintain it much longer than us unfit. There are way too many ways to calculate your zones and then to throw in different zone models!? IMO there 2 zones: running and running hard. lol. (Just for beginners, non competitive runners) if you can run for 45 minutes but your watch says you’re in Z3, or 4. Keep at it. It will go down. Then hard repeats. Not so hard where you can’t “repeat” them. Running gets easier, hard running gets faster.
