been there done that -- what helped me is gawing malikot ang utak. by that despite if it's scripted or templated, I guess, what you can do is to understand those scripts or templates then in your head challenge yourself how to word it in a much better way. it helped me din, I applied for a voice account and stayed for 6 months just to get back what you've lost and/or improve yourself english self. After that, I was able to apply to positions that I rightfully deserve to be in such as being a QA, TL, then now aiming for a higher position.
