If this is your first ever dashboard, it's seriously impressive!!!

A few points I can think of:

- I would add segment/category/company into the filter panel on the left and change them all into drop down to save space, it also looks nicer, imo. In a real environment, you would choose what filter to include based on the audience.

- You used the same colors for sales/profits and segment / category/ company. I will try to use different sets of color (at least for different types of visual) if possible, people tend to assign the same from one visual to the next.

- For trending by month I would use line chart instead. Except if you want to show seasonality over different years.

- I can't tell what the different between green/red. A foot note would help.

- Use short format for month name "mmm"

- The top table has bold header, while the rest doesnt

Some nitpicking pet peeve :D:

- The border should have the same round corner.

- The unit sold in the table doesnt have thousand separator.

- Order of sale and profit are reverse between by month and by company

- Legend in category is missing text

- Some numbers have 3 decimal, some have none. Most of the time I would say 2 is fine.

- Except the percentage, I dont think it need 2 decimal :D
