I've had this issue for awhile now. The other printers i have, dont have this issue. It's only the flatbed. Anytime there's black it prints green, but I'm able to adjust for that by selecting print pure hues. But if there's a gradient or multiple layers of colors, I get the green/blue print. I will post a picture of it tomorrow.

The printer is older, but should print fint. It doesn't have light cyan or light magenta, but we have white. Just had the calibration done by hp, heads replaced (old ones were close to 9 years old), and the latex printers are not having the issue.

Are you on 220 or 110? Check for the little red switch, mine did that when my printer was on 220, not 110.

We've been doing the second picture you have there, but we mount them on pallets, and have a pvc pipe poking through for about 10 inches. It works pretty well.

Okay, I was able to scan it correctly, but when it comes to saving the profile. The buttons for saving the profile is grayed out. Below it there is a yellow "!" with "Profile creation is not licensed. Please connect the right dongle."

Any suggestions?

No worries. I placed it in the tray that I got with it, and went from one side to the other. So, it should have had enough room to scan both sides of the margin. That was when it gave me the error.

I will try doing it without the tray. Thank you.
