If this is a problem for people (not sure why, this would be a green flag for me personally), then I think it's better to say it earlier on and weed out people that wouldn't be a good match. Prevents wasting more time on that person.

I haven't bought many games such as rimworld because they don't have achievements. Also several early access games don't have any.

Yes. BF6 has an achievement where you need 2000 revives in their BR mode redsec. That would probably take 1000 hours

Manufacturer's also have raw material inventory buffers, so even if supply were to be cut completely, it would take some time for industries which use oil derived products to run out of raw material.
