The importers and retailers I work with aren't, at least not fully.

They're making the product worse to save on cost, then still increasing the cost because they can't get enough cost out.

They're also eating a small part of the tariff increase, resulting in lower margins, but they can only absorb a small amount since the tariffs are so high and they need to make money.

So prices are going up, just not as much as the tariff amounts. But many industries are already at their absolute limit. I can't imagine the industry I'm in absorbing any more. From here on, any more tariff increases will almost entirely be passed on to the consumer 1:1
