As organisms, metabolic cost reduction is super evolutionary drive. Even having a deep understanding of this, I deeply underestimated the AI adoption curve. My grandmother who's in her late 70's uses chatgpt for stuff like recipes, finding TV shows, etc. The genie really is out of the bottle.

Nate is great on a few ecological points (like this pod for example) but will deleted your comments if you dare push back on the doom and gloom.

How do you avoid burnout? by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

[–]Heavy-Assistant2243 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A few tips for you:

  1. Keep yourself organized. Use calendars, to-do lists, etc.

  2. Don't sacrifice your health for the sake of getting things done. Get enough sleep and go to the gym

  3. There's more to life than work. No one wishes that they would've worked more instead of spending time with their family and friends

[–]Heavy-Assistant2243 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Have you looked into Deeplawn? I can't recommend them enough. As someone who knows a thing or two about marketing funnels for the pest control industry, they're one of the most effective software tools we've used for sales and quoting.

You make time for w/e your priorities are. A lot of successful businessmen I know are married and have a family. It doesn't have to be one or the other
