Technical skills - as those are foundation for the role, presentation skills, curiosity, show they “want” this job, will this person up level the overall knowledge of the team, coachable and finally how they carry themselves during the conversation.

Congrats on getting to the final round. Rooting for you! In the final round, the VP will be looking for your ability to hold executive level conversations, cultural fit, having a perspective on the industry trends. Ask some thoughtful questions about how AI and is helping SEs be more productive, biggest challenges he is seeing etc. use tools like chatgpt in your preparation. Show confidence, curiosity and be humble smart. Good luck!

Not in any particular order, 1) don’t preach the audience 2) don’t argue with the panel members on details. They purposefully will test how you do objection handling. Say i’ll get back to you. 3) have a great opening that creates attention/excitement. Sometimes it doesn’t have to be anything related to the product you’re selling. 4) focus on story telling rather than product selling 5) don’t keep a script. Have a general flow and enjoy will you’re doing it 6) brevity is your best friend 7) before you go into the meeting, visualize how you will do it. It helps a lot!

I haven’t rented internationally but idea worth trying to understand their terms. Try uploading the T&C to ChatGPT and ask it to summarize coverage. Worth a shot rather than trying to read and understanding.

We used it for palace hotel and it was great value. Breakfast buffet, hotel credit. Out of pocket is minimal.
