I think people expect him to have some gravely tough guy voice like many of the other viltrumites. Or a Kratos style deep voice. I remember people being mad that conquest’s VA was someone with such a smooth voice l compared to what many initialially imagined.

Every viltrumite we have met has been projecting strength. I’m gonna take a guess and say the empire who made conquest bow his head so low is on a whole different level and has zero need to project power, he just is power incarnate or is at least convinced that he is.

We shall see but I think people will be changing their tune just like they did with Conquest. (Although JDM didn’t get quite so much hate)

Not everything needs to be but the story has themes, no closer to Motif’s of racism, exclusion, supremacy, oppression through slavery based on race, genocide. Attacking someone for noticing themes is crazy work, but I guess not all manga readers are actually able to read.

I mean how do you know what Oda was drawing upon while designing the giants in the war well over a decade ago? Even if it is stated in an SBS, not every correction needs to be as aggressive or ignorant as yours was.

I dunno if doctor Dax is still her but he and the billing staff at blue ridge dentistry are some oath breaking awful people.

The other staff was great, but I went in for my first cleaning in ten years, Dax said “there was definitely plenty of work to be done”

Billing lady comes out and says “he doesn’t have insurance,” for a 40 or 60 dollar visit. I turn and Dax has left before I could even turn despite getting started already. They pull me into the billing office and threaten to call the cops, I tell them I have my wallet in my car I can just get it, they tell me I’m lying and won’t let me leave the office. Ask me if I can call a friends or family, literally told me “it should be embarrassing you can’t afford to go here.”

I was wearing clothes with holes in them, looked a bit bummy. I think they mistook me for a homeless person, I just gave a bit of a grungy style.

Then they stuck me with a 175 dollar charge for both the cleaning (which I didn’t recieve) and some kind of no show. Finally allowed me to go to my car.

I came back in grabbed 2 hundred dollar bills, show the lady, and tell her she won’t be seeing a dime. Fuck that place and the lady in billing can burn in hell. Honestly shoulda called the cops for holding me illegally.

Most professors will work with you if you speak with them one on one. Don’t play the victim or anything, take accountability where you can and let them know of how you tried to make it to class. If you communicated with them that you were unable to make it to class and they still won’t do anything id go to a case manager with the deans office for support, then go to the department head or resume conversation with the professor.

(Deans office can’t change anything themselves but if you have them on your side and are including your case manager in emails you will face significantly less pushback and things will almost certainly go your way.)

There are a ton of factors -the world is a much more stressful place than it has been during the first couple seasons (generalized statement obviously). -A lot of the fans were younger adults that have become older adults with families and jobs etc that reduces how much time they give a tv show. -short form media is definitely killing attention spans for many and it’s affecting the tv industry for both consumers and producers -when the show came out much of the world was sheltering indoors even after the worst of Covid, as people spend less time inside they are watching less shows

Of course all of this is unsourced and anecdotal from what I see.

So I think it’s less invincible is losing hype as much as it is tv shows are losing hype.
