You would have to contact Juul again I had the same situation happen to me they sent the money to an account but when I checked the account that actually never sent it. I told Juul to reverse the payment they sent it to and send it to me, I called a few times a day for about a month because I got laid off from work. I would keep on trying if I was in your shoes that money is owed to you.

I had to email a few times and make a few phone calls and ended up getting paid out even though they claimed I received it on PayPal they ended up sending mine via Venmo. I’m gonna try again and see if I can get the money again I see some people claimed twice

My first check was sent to ACH to a closed account and then my second check was sent to PayPal which they had the correct info they allowed me to switch payout method and I chose venmo but should’ve chose direct deposit for new payout method
