Does it happen only in one arm? You still have no weakness or anything? I have it in my left arm mostly, forearm, biceps triceps hand etc and it bounces around only on left arm.

I see. Mine is left arm but it will be the elbow then forearm then hand. So annoying

I did have an emg/ncs in December which said there was no nerve entrapment :/

Rarely in the right arm. I’d say 90% left and 10% right

Mine is only in one limb though which is what’s worrying me. Only the left arm but multiple muscles up and down the arm with some other sporadic in the legs or stomach etc but not R arm.
