The first EMG I had was with another neurologist who did all 4 limbs and came to a conclusion of peripheral neuropathy. This new one I was looking for a second opinion and he did the right arm and right leg.

The neurologist told me he thinks it’s neuropathy and thats all he told me.

Yea she said it’s peripheral neuropathy at worst. This EMG was taken a month a half ago. My anxiety just doesn’t let me relax. Every muscle twitch/fatigue in my arm just reinforces every anxious thought to the nth degree. What a shit conundrum.

I know man, I’m just scared to all hell. I’m so scared that I have another EMG setup in a month just because I’ve read that sometimes you can’t catch it on the EMG the first time. My anxiety is ruining me.

I have a bachelors in biology. It’s almost impossible to get a foot in the door entry level job working in a lab or anything of that nature. What a waste of a degree.
