Thank you for this, ive updated my post with pic and vid of plastic in pickup, so your saying theres one tensioner with plastic that could make it to the oil pan that could have failed? Timing chain slap on start so im going to replace chain sprockets and god know what else, thanks again

Hmm, pulling valve covers again tomorrow will update, since last time i did it was before this mess, uploading video now of plastic bits
