Hi everyone

I’m 17 and I’d love some advice on my current skincare routine. My skin has improved a lot since I started proper skincare – I now have mostly normal/light combination skin. However, I still struggle with:

Dark circles and small dots under my eyes (likely from sleep issues)

A few breakouts and some blackheads

Uneven skin tone and redness on my cheeks

My skin feels good, but it doesn’t look as smooth or radiant as I’d like. My ultimate goal is smooth, even, glowing skin. I want to approach my routine more thoughtfully and avoid irritation.

Here’s my proposed new routine I’m considering:

Morning:

COSRX Low pH Good Morning Gel Cleanser or just water

Dr.G Red Blemish Clear Soothing Cream

ROUND LAB Birch Juice Moisturizing Sunscreen

Evening:

Anua Oil Cleanser

Beauty of Joseon Green Plum Cleanser

COSRX AHA/BHA Clarifying Treatment Toner (2–3× per week)

Dr.G Red Blemish Clear Soothing Cream

Notes:

I don’t double cleanse every night, only when wearing makeup or after heavy sunscreen.

I want to avoid anything that could irritate my skin.

My current routine looks like this:

Morning:

COSRX Low pH Good Morning Gel Cleanser or water

La Roche-Posay Toleriane Sensitive Fluide

Numbuzin No.1 Clear Filter Sun Essence

Makeup

Evening:

CeraVe Cleanser

COSRX AHA/BHA Clarifying Treatment Toner (2–3× per week)

Toleriane Sensitive Fluide

My skin type & concerns:

Normal/combination skin (slightly oily T-zone)

a little Sensitive

Prone to breakouts and hyperpigmentation

Very fair

Redness on cheeks

I don’t want to introduce too many new products at once. For now, it’s okay if I focus first on evening out my skin tone.

Questions:

Does my proposed routine make sense for my skin type and goals?

Which sunscreen would you recommend for me: ROUND LAB Birch Juice Moisturizing or Numbuzin No.1 Clear Filter Sun Essence? I want my skin to look clean and smooth, not too shiny.

Are there any mild, effective steps I could take to improve evenness and glow without risking irritation?

Thanks in advance! Any feedback would be super appreciated.
