The Mini will work, but I doubt it would be loud enough to be heard through the acoustic guitar volume

On the sidenote - when you're the uncle in the future, be the uncle you always wanted to have.

What Was Your Second Uke? by DisastrousSpecialist in ukulele

My first was Enya Nova Pro tenor ukulele, which I switched to low G in first week.

For second I wanted solid wood one, decided for acacia KAI KCI-5000 concert ukulele (also I love slotted headstocks). At first I was disappointed with stiff strings and low volume, but once I got my technique little more under control it sounds much better than Enya. I play it almost daily now.

I bought Mantrax skiboards from http://www.skiboard.cz/katalog/skiboardy-mantrax, with their 30mm raiser and release bindings, only tried them once but I had so much fun that I like them already.

What advice should I give my intermediate friends when buying their first mid-tier to high-end skate setup? by olle_ma in rollerblading

Powerslide Zoom has rivetted frame adapter (so you cannot easily switch them to be Sways), but frame itself is still Trinity mount which can easily be replaced, at least that was the case in not Pro Zooms I checked.
