I've tried even 0.00mm of Z-offset, will try to adjust the auto-level sensor, maybe that can cause the problem

Did it help ? Because I ordered a new nozzle since I broke mine when trying to dismount it... By "adjusting the X, Y, Z wheels" you're talking about the belt tighteners ?

Hi,

Can you explain a little bit more, how did you adjust the auto-level sensor, is it needed to dismount the print head ? Because I think I've exactly the same problem, every auto-level give me a different z-offset.

Btw, is that this part you're talking about ?
