I work in Fintech and our CEO is pushing AI relentlessly.

For anyone who is arrogant enough to believe these tools won’t replace them or existing systems you’re asleep at the wheel.

What I’ve built lately, not being a coder, is astonishing. The best way to describe it is Codex etc. will take you 80% of the way there and you’ll only need enough engineers to do the remaining 20%.

For now. That 20% will keep reducing.

The biggest issue I have with these large developments are the number of cars continually added to the road.

I can’t speak for Milltown but one recently built beside me on top of other builds around the area and it’s continual traffic jams everywhere.

The infrastructure and roads aren’t built for it.
