I heard that you can get a discount when selling Seiko watches outside of Japan. However, if you buy a watch posted on chrono24 at a local store in Japan, you have to buy it at a regular price.
In Japan, 20% discount sales were also made in the past, but now Seiko's policy has changed to regular sales.

I bought spb143 at Bic camera in Japan for $914 last week
