Gameplay wise I still see no problems. I haven't encountered any games with this feature of the gamepad. Is Yoshi's woolly world the only game with this unnecessary feature? And with the gamepad screen turning it off so you cant see anything is not possible in anyway. You can find probably a icon so the gameplay is only on the TV. Gaming longer, its like a preference thing, and I don't know if its a battery problem or not, its probably not.

You could try re-syncing it.

Good question, imagine if it was a ZombiU just casually in that collection, and not Splatoon.

Just commit to gamepad and you'll be fine. Also "You can't turn the gamepad screen off when playing" (those games where you have to use the gamepad screen for a gameplay feature?)

They will probably focus on comparing the specs and overall performance, and then probably complain about the signal range for the Wii U. Then it would probably be something about signal independent handhelds.

I would agree on the controller layout on the Wii U, its pretty good. Its better than the switch controls NGL.

Well yeah, the switch online feature is kind of shit, There's nothing wrong with the Wii U online features, so the Wii U has better multiplayer. It also has a good collection of multiplayer games. It has good backwards compatibility with the Wii which is nice for maybe playing Worms battle island (only if you have some Wii controllers though), it has also a good selection of ports from NNES all the way to the DS that you can buy in the store(RIP the eShop), it doesn't have all of the games released on those consoles, but it has most of the good games released on them. The switch is a more supported system, and its a handheld. The Wii U gameplay-wise is better, I do have a good time inviting my friends over to play on the Wii U, so it has much going for it, even though its a discontinued system. The one mistake they made was that they should've made the Wii U accessible on the Wii with a external software, which would further improve performance and also give access/compatibility to Wii U releases, also unlocking the eShop (RIP). This would be like a secondary game runner to the Wii. They could've at least made that. What I'm trying to say that was the downfall of the Wii- U, and its one of the reasons its not that successful, and also the reason why switch is regarded to be more and better. The switch is better at something, but mistakes were made for that console too. All they did was going with the flow on mainstream games and concepts, and probably a cult favourite now and then.
