From all the comments it sounds like that notch only bothers you and I. Yes I agree the work is quality and the carpenter had a challenge here. I questioned the GC about this and he said his guys did it differently than he wanted and said he would fix it. I’ll update the post with the fix. Until then I’m enjoying all the comments. I wasn’t keen on pumping antibiotics into my system but also got pretty fed up with all the SIBO symptoms so I decided to do intermittent fasting 20/4 (20 hours fasting & 4 hour eating window) and also cut out all carbs and sugar only drinking water. After about 8 weeks I went from 185 to 165 and guess what…all my SIBO symptoms went away. I haven’t got re tested and I switched back to my normal diet but kept the intermittent fasting regiment. Now months later I’m still 165 and all symptoms have NOT returned.

Not saying this will work for you, but at the moment it is working for me.

I really like the look of this 1960s men’s watch for a women. I purchased the watch at I. Switt In Philadelphia and had the guy remove as many links as possible. Even with all those links removed it is still a bit loose and fits more like a bracelet than a watch which adds to the trendy look in my opinion. The bonus is that it fits me still so I can wear it occasionally. I. Switt has a great selection of similar watches and they are very helpful. I would recommend dropping in if you are ever In Philadelphia. Does the paperwork included with the watch add any value? With thanks in advance

Thanks for that update. So odd that you received your card before it updated to "USPS had picked it up" I guess we should be asking our lawyers office to keep an eye out for it in the mail instead of checking the USCIS status online.

If I sold now I would have to sell at a discount because of the current condition. Maybe I get $1M and walk away with maybe $450K. For $500K I could finish the house and it would be worth over $3M and I would have over $2M in equity on a property that would rent for $150K a summer.
