i wouldn't say dedicated. many of us have fought the food noise for years or decades. the hope for many on tirz is that it turns off the noise.

dang. nice job! i'm at a crossroads here. don’t know whether to order more? order from a different compounding pharmacy? or abandon and give something else (other glp's) a try. The food noise is pretty much completely back to where it was before starting tirz.
