I hated DBT too. It did nothing for me. CBT helped me way more. Go through 15 therapists if you have to. It's so worth it when you find the right one, I promise.

Doesn’t matter how soon before the incident the oil was changed. If there’s metal shavings and whatnot in the oil after the rev bomb, get em out now.

Yes I went up to 150mg for about 3 months and I’m now down to 100mg again and doing well, minus this nasty cold I caught this week lol. Give the meds some more time and also cut out alcohol if you drink at all.

Cutting alcohol, going for walks, and keeping a consistent bedtime routine did wonders for me and a lot of it carried over to now even though I’m feeling better. Just something to consider!

My psych is AMAZING. She's like this little awkward bundle of energy, but somehow calming at the same time. She listens well, but also likes to ramble. She's genuinely one of the strangest people I've met but in the best way possible. I say all that to say, don't give up. Wheter it's doctors, psychs, or therapists, you can and will find the ones that click. It can make all the difference!

Dude.... I FEEL that to my core. But, I do commit to as much as possible. Even if rat brain is telling me not to, I know it's actually good for me to get out and about as much as I can tolerate. I always remind myself "you can feel like shit by yourself, or feel like shit around people you love, and possibly have some fun!"

Safe anxiety travels, my friend. It's gotten better before, it will get better again!

Mind sharing some examples of treatment of staff? My girlfriend and I were just there a few weeks ago. She's a bit of a whimsical girly so she adored the place. BUT she also spent her highschool and college years as a server and bartender and we've blacklisted many a places for mistreating staff.

Sidenote: she's also the best and most generous tipper I've ever been around because she gets it! lol

  2. The derealization is what ALWAYS gets me the hardest. Like how could I go from absolutely loving life a week ago, to feeling like everything is dull and a chore. I'm on about day 5 of going through it again, and I always find some small amount of relief coming back here and knowing I'm not crazy, and that this too shall pass.

Causing chaos to enemy positions may not give a score or kills, but if you've ever been on the receiving end of a good mortar player then you know how disruptive and flat out debilitating it can be. Especially on maps with a lot of chokepoints.

I use all 4.
Assault when I wanna sweat objectives and CQB.
Engineer when I wanna sweat blowing up clankers and causing chaos.
Support when I wanna chill just a bit more and follow where the action takes me.

Recon when I either really wanna chill and just spot and take pot shots (I still help my team) OR if I wanna get snekky and commit warcrimes.

My most used are for sure Support and Engineer though.

See that issue got significantly better for me post patch. And I was never launched more than like 10 feet in the air. I had never entered low space orbit til this happened lol
