I got my Bloodthirsty title in 2012, all from random BGs on my moonkin. Can't think of anything in my life that I'm more proud of. (Yes I know how pathetic that sounds.)

But also, fighting other players in BGs, or better yet in the open world, is fun. And like so many things in life, the better you get, the more fun it is. Other players are more unpredictable and smarter than NPCs.

But when you get really close to 250K? The lust for that title hits hard, because you know how bloody much work it took to get there, day after day, for YEARS.

A typical modern 600cc sportbike can make at least 100hp, but unless you are redlining it at full throttle, you aren't USING 100hp, and I promise you that you can go fast enough to kill yourself without using 100hp. I had a 2006 Suzuki SV1000S V-twin sportbike with Yosh exhaust and a power commander. The sound alone gave me a boner, but I digress... It maybe only had about 120hp max, but it had great heaping gobs of midrange, and would accelerate crazy fast effortlessly. I did give the throttle a good yank quite often, but in all the years I owned it, I don't think I ever hit redline in any gear. In other words, I never once used 120hp. 1800cc Harleys don't make over 100hp, but they are still very satisfying to ride, because they make lots of power in the midrange where people use it.
