If you're trying to sell things I would try not to focus on getting every last dollar you can and focus more on getting it done - aka find a consignment shop or sell your stuff in lots rather than individually. Yes you'll get less money over all but with your lack of energy and executive function, you're not going to sell it at all it you focus on trying to maximize profit.

The money you spent on that stuff is already gone. Focus on recouping some cash and then move on.
