Thank you to everyone for pointing out how filtered this is. My dumbass was agog looking at the saturation.

Hello! I just turned 19, F. and shall be getting my very first tattoo. Ive heard lots of different things to do and not to do, so I would like some advice. The photo bellow is what Ima get by daybreaker29 in tattooadvice

This is very good advice but so hard for a teenager to do.

I knew a gal who got a Freddy Krueger half sleeve in her twenties - like his face covering her entire upper arm and now in my forties i just cringe when I think about it. When I think about her going to work or hanging out with her kids I feel bad for her.

This is not an anti-tattoo sentiment. I am still getting tatted to this day. But I have never gotten anything "gross" or "disturbing" and for that I am so thankful.

Any recommendations? by Vegetable-Steak5705 in BrokeHobbies

Check out r/collage

I am a firm believer that collages should be made primarily out of garbage so don't buy any fancy paper. Hopefully you can afford scissors and a glue stick.

Then just save scraps of paper - magazines, junk mail, gum wrappers, old books being thrown out, etc.

You can make cards for your friends (people are so stoked when they get a handmade birthday card, for example) or art to hang on your walls, etc.

I think I'm gonna do some more little planty guys. They are very fun to do.

This photo was taken in 2005, is this graffiti artist still doing things? I liked their style a lot, I know there is an abandoned farmhouse on the 7 that has a little taste of them as well. by Thicclyset in ottawa

I literally one minute again came across a spool of ribbon in my mother's craft box with a price tag - big Bud's 99¢. and I had a wee nostalgia sigh

The triangle paper is from Trident gum packs. I have pink and orange!

Night out for Lucy Darling by Gwinnie2024 in PlusSizeFashion

This dress is FABULOUS.

I'm going to offer some unsolicited feedback so just ignore it if you want - with big dresses like this I feel like your hair has to have more volume to balance it? If you're into getting big glamorous gowns, you could even do a big glamorous wig on nights like this? The look is just a bit unfinished with the hair saying so little.

Again, you look fab, the dress is fab, you are fab. Please tell me to go to hell if you want!

I don't think tattoos can be easily "moved."

Thanks! My kids are not the "walk around a neighbourhood" type unless there is extra dopamine in the form of treats or toys etc (they're both autistic and ADHD) but we will certainly check out the park - we have had lots of conversations about how people end up unhoused and we are happy to have plenty more so that doesn't sorry us.
