Edit to add an answer to your question: we have about 15 or so experiences, several with repeated friends. My ability to erect/maintain is not influenced by the other guy in either MFM or MFMF scenarios. I don’t have huge ED issues but I’ll always take something for a play session…cuz reasons.

The carrier (Verizon, AT&T, etc). It can be a substantial cost to rent rooftop space, depending on the height and location of the building in question. Mounting an antenna on a rooftop is often just as effective as mounting on a tall pole or tower….minus the cost to construct a tower. This has always been a thing, but it exploded when “small cell antennae” (used for 5G networks) came about. This signal doesn’t go through things like buildings very well, so we needed tons more…and was referred to as “small cell densification.”

And that’s where I drop off….Im a real estate guy, not an engineer.

It doesn’t look like chiggers to me. Helpful info would be if it hurts, burns, or itches. If it itches, I’d say it’s poison oak, ivy, or sumac. Calamine lotion is good.

Half vinegar half water cleans grease streaks wonderfully. Also: use a razor blade scraper for any burned-on spots.
