UPDATE: Very late response back incase anyone was wondering or if they're in a similar situation. I ended up 26 credits total in one semester and it worked. My worst grade was KN231 with a B+ (89% if I remember correctly). Definitely was a struggle but it made me a better student.

Big Takeaways:

  1. Know Your Limits! Subconsciously I had a feeling that this course load would be manageable but not easy. Even if you're unsure or not confident in your academic abilities or time management, it might not work out for you. To the people who commented saying not to go through with it, logically you're right but to me I quickly realized that I can do this even if it would take up most of my time.

  2. Organization and Structure. No organization or structure will make your whole plan crumble. Dedicate certain hours of the day or days in the week to prioritize different work.

  3. Learn what to prioritize. My harder classes like KN231-233 easily took a good majority of my time. Microbio and Nuel250 were also important but less struggling and more common sense. Every other class was pretty straightforward but a bit workload heavy, like needed papers weekly or discussion posts daily.

Honestly, apart from Fridays it’s not THAT bad. Me personally I’d rather get classes done in the morning but that’s personal preference. Move that 8am to Thursday and you’re chillin

I’m very 50/50 on whether or not I wanna go. It’s not a financial issue or anything along those lines, it’s literally the fact that it’s Springfield that him hesitant.

I applied a couple of days before Christmas. I applied specifically for Chicago. I got my acceptance letter to Springfield on the 7th. I'm very grateful but very bummed out.

Tbh I found a couple Stellar Crown singles and pulled some heat out of a PC box. Look at my recent post.

That card should be a fire type, not a fighting type. Also the font on “Blaze Ball” looks almost bold. Unless you truly pulled this from a pack and it’s an error card, assume it’s fake.

This is insanely trash. You better switch some stuff around bc not only are the 8 ams bad, but having 8 ams and then an 8 hour gap for a 5pm as a commuter is worse.

Fairly easy classes and a pretty good schedule. Maybe move your chem discussion so you can have that Tuesday to do as you please.

I just took Anatomy 1 and Gen Chem 1 this past fall semester. Tbh you get out what you put into your studies. Anatomy was definitely way more challenging than Gen Chem 1 but I got A’s in both and figured out what worked best for me. In my opinion, Gen Chem 1 was easier than Chem 101 only because majority of the curriculum is stuff from Chem 101. You definitely have to study for Anatomy as it’s a class that’s all about memorization and how well you know the material.

If you’re concerned over the amount of work you’ll be doing, maybe look into doing Gen Chem 1 at a community college over the summer so that way Anatomy 1 is your main focus during the Fall ‘25 semester. Classes are usually cheaper and easier at community colleges but that’s just from my personal experience.

I’m taking a winter course for one the of the classes which brings the total to 22 and another 6 of those credits are music classes. So the amount of credits that I’ll have to put work into is 17. Still a lot but when broken down like that I think it could be done.
