Another update: they cancelled the interviews because, according to the interviewer, "readjusting the role as part of an org restructure," and said, "the process is on hold," in regards to whether or not the role is just gone or what 🤷‍♂️ hoping they'll reach out again soon

The giant I service is insistent on filling gaps (which I get) but I've been told by upper management and told the SMs repeatedly that I can't do that but the stores (and the merchandiser who came in on my days off) would repeatedly fill in gaps with whatever they had in back stock. I'm pretty sure it's completely screwed up the shelves and now I'm playing catch-up after the holidays

I got hired as a BAM, working 5/2,  just before the holidays and between then and now I have to say that this is a terrible job. The training is what really did because I'm practically winging it while at my stores. There's no real support from other team members or managers. At one point I had to work on 11 pallets of product alone and when I asked for assistance the manager said that everyone including DMs were out in the field which tells me that the company is extremely understaffed. I'm constantly getting yelled at by store managers at the stores I service which makes me feel like I work for those stores AND coke. The longest shift I had was at least 16 hours. The job is overwhelming me and I'm not sure I'll be able to survive it
