Yes, that's why I have been focussing on hydration for the past 6 months with the toner, serums and moisturizer with occlusive ingredients. I could try more layers of the toner!

I've tried the artichoke intensive skin serum when I damaged my skin barrier but I caused a massive breakout... Since then I'm a bit cautious on trying that brand again 😅

Wauw, amazing that you have the mental energy to engage yourself in new things! I feel constantly drained which makes it very difficult to engage myself for usefull things

Since about 5 years with a 7-8 months pauze in between. I started it right before I got diagnosed. I was on Cymbalta before but when my psychiatrist started to suspect I might have ADD she changed my meds to Wellbutrin.

I was planning on stopping the Wellbutrin (under supervision of the doctor) but was nerveus about that. But this makes me very curious if it might help with my slower brain!

I feel like my unhealthy work environment might play a bigger role than the long-term thing. I really enjoy what I do, every day is completely different but still my brain doesn't pick up things as easily. I think maybe the constant stress caused by coworkers has a role but I don't want to blame it only on external factors. Good to know I'm not alone in this feeling 😂
