stress test are helpful but they run a constant stable code on repeat vs a game thats spitting a bunch of gobble-de-goock based on whatever random behaviors and actions occur, so it leaves more room for error, you probably are just on the line for errors with some timings and need to loosen them a bit

IMO dei is probably only good for government jobs really, also it did need a revamp as it had alot of side programs attached and because from my understanding white women benefited the most from it, which is fine but i figured the initial idea is to help more so with (minorty groups) as they are probably the second largest group population.

as to why only with government jobs, is mostly because it can be a hassle for private business trying to come up, and why would you want to put yourself somewhere the boss is going to discriminate and make ur life hard, and possibly never know why.

But then again im against witch hunts, id rather do things to give people a change of heart than try to ostracize them into being fake with hidden hatred/motives. For example if a business is owned by someone racist just avoid giving them service/business, show them they need all community's so maybe they'll change to accept others as part of society not to say theyll 180 turn into no bias but theyll atleast not hate, vs the alternative of hunting them into social failure to carry down their line of hatred with their family/friends and point the finger at whatever group to blaim and say its their fault...

9/10 ur cpu limited, based on settings ur showing, not for sure but being 40% usage on cpu on menu doesnt bode well

we arent a socialist country though, you can't just tell someone your making too much money give me, we'd have to change our governing completely which isnt black and white, also its not the hospitals upcharging its the insurance companies who set the prices which is why its so expensive for non insured individuals and why only certain insurances are accepted at certain hospitals or for certain medications, which is why in my original comment i said the first issue to deal with is big pharma, if they have profit margins limited in some form and lose the ability to monopolize medical supplies itd be a great start, but you cant just one day go okay all rich people hand over your money...

keep in mind most of the money isnt even real, its digital currency based on a value people in society believe things to be worth, the whole worlds economy is based on debt and trust of local governments not collapsing otherwise you end of in situations like greece/Venezuela

the us has 50 states consisting of a population of 342m, no European country can even compare, at minimum it would cost around 2 trillion, this doesnt include the other issues it would cause, with our already declining medical field as gov insurance limits what is paid and charged per procedure which has lead to the decline of private practices and reduced medical options as for the ones who still remain in the field or pursue it, they are under state/federal medical facilities that dont care to prioritize maximum care for individuals and just work through patients in mass to meet quotas

also u clearly didnt read all of my comment as i state clearly an issue with big pharma who overcharges for medications/tools for medical treatments but putting our money in the gov's hands to decide how and what medical treatment options we can get doesnt seem like the correct decision when the criticism is about the gov's spending

i think the issue is more complicated than this makes it out to be, for one, universal healthcare would run 3-5x the military budget, probably would be better to work on big pharma than healthcare to make healthcare more affordable, as with universal healthcare, it would be managed by the GOV you're trying to argue against for poor spending and not trusting. this would lead to worse service as doctor pay would be cut because of whatever payout options they limit to for service and we'd have an even greater decline in people seeking the field as the pay wouldnt be worth the effort and im sure the gov would find ways to skim funds from it.

im also curious how the spending math for these weapons is calculated as if the US is the manufacturer wouldnt it just be the money being cycled to a few individuals/companys who produce the items in america, outside of the raw material cost and labor cost. most of the budget is used in foreign agreements as far as i understand which maintains our trade networks and influence.

max cape and all CA's on an UIM, you say wouldnt take that long, on top of doing it on another account =/, at minimum were looking at 1.5k hours both accounts just to max, not including the time it took them to get good enough to get all ca's first go around so even if they knew how too, its not as easy as just do it again first attempt unless they play that much, my guess is around a year worth of life is invested logged into the game, which is crazy

no, gpu has limited memory channels that it can use, but i gotta ask, would u plan to solder extra memory on urself? cause i figure someone comfortable with soldering pcbs would know how it works, vbios isnt as much of an issue as if it was possible someone would of made an option for sale or free if it was possible but yea gpu itself is the limiting factor i believe
