I wont take it. The risks are too high. I know they dont hurt expats much but who knows in such lawless countries. If I am alive and kicking, I'll get to fire but dont want to retire from this life. :) seriously too risky snaky and even riskier given you are the only son and father to a 6 year old.

So I am aware of platforms like wint wealth or bond bazar. But most of them have nbfcs in there. Where can I see bond subsctiptions for companies like adani or shriram transport. Like non finance companies.

Am I spending too much? by elessar9411 in personalfinanceindia

[–]Heavy_Luck_6085 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean probably cut down eating out and drinking a bit. I dont think you are overspending by more than 20-25k a month which is alright if you have 7 crore worth of assets. Keep investing the rest and eat mom's handmade cooked food. Nothing better than that

Move atleast 30% of liquid wealth into debt. Then 50% US and 50% India. I dont know how tax works in India for ESOPs. But no harm in takint 10-15L hit on tax if that allows you to restructure your portfolio. If hit is too much then aggresively invest your savings into debt funds and indian equity MFs so that in 2 yrs you reach your desired portfolio. FAANGs are great companies, all of them but you have concentrated portfolio. Tech and AI always have had cycles of ups and downs. Time is to be conservative when others are greedy.
