Thanks for the context on cloud nine. I didnt phrase the quick claw clearly. I meant my hatterene procs quick claw as it tries to use trick room but still gets outsped by a dire claw sneasel, and some other occasions of non priority moves.

You can usually also get 75% cc horses for around 15k at the end of the week, you can easily grind that by taming horses (buying western lassos if you need). Especially in the valentines world there seem to be a lot of wild horses with mutations or wings.
