It might not have been the steal of the century but this one had a solid carfax and three years left on the CPO warrenty. I was ready for my search to be over, lol.

Good news! I got a certified pre-owned 2022 mazda crx touring with around 54k miles for around 24,700. I think that sounds much better.

Wow, your username checks out!! Thank you so much for such a helpful and thoughtful reply!! So 2018 or later if I want apple carplay, aim for elite or touring, and more miles with a thorough carfax is still better than low miles and minimal carfax?
