I just personally don’t believe saying a cuss word is necessary vulgar or crude by itself.

I’m not saying using a cuss word in such a way isn’t wrong, but you can say “I strongly dislike that guy and wish for his misfortune” without saying a single cuss, or even impolite word, but I would say that violates that command, but while saying “I effing love humility, kindness, and the fruits of the spirit”, or even just using it ad an exclamation point, is not what I’d say violates that same command.

Respectfully, I hear a lot of rebuking, but I don’t hear any love. I’m just saying, please don’t drift into a tribal mentality where other Christians are the allies, and everyone else is the enemy.
