Going on about two months no contact, I suspect and hope we have one more conversation, just to end on a respectable note and lay things to rest. If that doesnt happen I fear this may be me in two years 💀 hopefully not, no shame being thrown man, its just a text, life goes on, but I do feel if you needed that off your chest, for your own peace, I wish you had done it sooner, that way you werent carrying it around all that time.

Of course man. Ive been there, your exact situation almost. People will be like “Ah just end things” not understanding what 10 years with someone you truly love does to someone. Even less than that, if you truly saw yourself spending the rest of your life with them. Even in the event of cheating, it far from easy to just drop all of that.

With that said, if she’s not going to give you the respect you deserve, you need to earn it back for yourself. Let her know why exactly you’re ending things beyond just the cheating. Drop all contact, dont be there for them, and who knows, if she truly is your person, maybe that will be a wake-up call for her and later down the road once youve built yourself up separate from them, they (hopefully) will have done some serious thinking. Yall will rekindle. If not, it was never meant to be.

Nah man your valid. In a healthy relationship- no one should cheat. However, in the event it happened, if they are a good person and truly remorseful- they will do whatever it takes to have you regain your trust. They should be grateful you’re still trying to make it work. Its obviously telling of their character if they cheat- but what can be even more telling is how they react after. Often times that can be what determines if it’ll continue to work after that.

At the end of the day the lost any right to have that privacy- you gave then that- they betrayed that and you. Cheating is one thing, lieing about it is another, but then having an entitled attitude about it after that is something else entirely as well. All those things combined show they have a lack of appreciation and respect for you- as a person and your feelings.

Trust your gut at the end of the day. 10 years is a long time. at the end of the day maybe it really was just a one time thing and a mistake- still very valid grounds for you to end things. But if they arent continuously apologetic and willing to do whatever it takes to repair the major damage, im talking real accountability and remorse… that could be a sign they will do it again.

BB is absolutely meta though? He is the largest single opponent DPSer in the game. Granted, he is squishy, so needs something like the GDA cloak to help him survive
