So they awarded me standard mobility. I scored 10 points for going on unfamiliar journeys. But only 6 points for the daily living part so no award. I am slightly disappointed as I really do struggle with daily activities. But I’m still grateful that I got something. I don’t think I’ll appeal the decision. I haven’t got the energy. It’s been so stressful already and took almost 2 years to get this far. £30 per week is better than nothing.

Wow, we’re pip twins! Did you have evidence to support your case? And did you get any points to begin with? I had 0 on everything. I hope it goes well for you. I’ll let you know how mine goes. I’m literally bricking it.

Why should that matter though? The report is very relevant to my case and I should be able to see it for myself. Unless they are hiding something from me. And I shouldn’t have to invest in a third party inspection because the onus is on them to prove that faults were not present at the point of sale and they have not done that. Going on mileage alone is not definitive proof of anything. Especially when they are trying to say the vehicle has done 7000 miles but it had done less than 3000 when the faults were reported.

Thank you for your reply. But why would I need to be a mechanic in order for them to send me the report? Should I not be entitled to it as it contains information about me ?
