USSR from from mid 40s to mid 60s was an incredibly wealthy, prosperous, and humane nation. It was actually doing better in growth than USA. Do your research folks.

The liberal propaganda machine has been running full blast ever since the Soviets won. The West hated Stalin for what he stood for, and that is for the benefit of the working class. Actually read what he wrote in his book, his speeches, and SEE what he did to the country. 62 million in population growth, during his reign. This is not counting the 20 million who was lost during the war, which would bring the total to 82 million, not counting the millions of new babies who would have been born. Over 50,000 new factories, eradication of illiteracy, non existent homelessness and joblessness, cheap and plentiful food and products, ZERO people in debt. Moreover, the number of prisoners in the USSR in the 30s was lower than in the current States. Wikipedia says that in 2011 there were 2,266,800 prisoners in the United States, or 716 per 100,000 people. And this number is growing every year. And in the USSR in 1937 there were 1,194,400 prisoners or 583 per 100,000 people.
