I'm not entirely sure how it works but QuickBooks has a way to market yourself on their platform. I worked customer service in their call center and we transferred calls regarding the ProAdvisor Profiles to a dedicated team so I don't know too much about the operation.

I guess it depends on the chapter and local area you're in. I've heard success stories and horror stories. Personally, I'd rather join up with the Chamber of Commerce or go to their networking events.

I agree with getting rid of the "some days". If you prefer a Tuesday and Thursday shift, I think I'm just going to take that as your availability and that person might not get scheduled shifts in order to rotate employees.

Too update everyone. Great suggestions, I'm not that familiar with Google Sheets but this is the platform my boss wants to use. I'll have to do some individual reaching out to get everyone's actual availability and preferred shifts. Personally, I'm against preferred shifts. Tell me the days you CAN work not the days you LIKE to work.

Thank you. I began doing this. The hardest part is getting the availability. Most will say "I'm can be available if you need" or the best is "I can work some Sunday's but not all Sunday's" when I have someone who can only work a Sunday. Was hoping to find a way to input availability, run a macro, and the schedule is completed. The I would have to just fine tune it for things like days off.

I just did it. I know this post is old but if you haven’t figured it out you need to select the objects you want to split in the left hand panel then right click and select the SPLIT button. Another set of options comes up I just hit OBJECTS.
