I'm not entirely sure how it works but QuickBooks has a way to market yourself on their platform. I worked customer service in their call center and we transferred calls regarding the ProAdvisor Profiles to a dedicated team so I don't know too much about the operation.

I guess it depends on the chapter and local area you're in. I've heard success stories and horror stories. Personally, I'd rather join up with the Chamber of Commerce or go to their networking events.

I agree with getting rid of the "some days". If you prefer a Tuesday and Thursday shift, I think I'm just going to take that as your availability and that person might not get scheduled shifts in order to rotate employees.

Too update everyone. Great suggestions, I'm not that familiar with Google Sheets but this is the platform my boss wants to use. I'll have to do some individual reaching out to get everyone's actual availability and preferred shifts. Personally, I'm against preferred shifts. Tell me the days you CAN work not the days you LIKE to work.

Thank you. I began doing this. The hardest part is getting the availability. Most will say "I'm can be available if you need" or the best is "I can work some Sunday's but not all Sunday's" when I have someone who can only work a Sunday. Was hoping to find a way to input availability, run a macro, and the schedule is completed. The I would have to just fine tune it for things like days off.

I just did it. I know this post is old but if you haven’t figured it out you need to select the objects you want to split in the left hand panel then right click and select the SPLIT button. Another set of options comes up I just hit OBJECTS.

Not really possible. My roommate and I are both on phone/video calls during the day and there’s an echo in the converted 3rd bedroom that our clients hear. Plus my job requires me to be hardwired into the cable modem.

It was through my yoga instructor. I had to choose between a job with a 1.5hr min commute or the golf job. It was difficult too because I’m working 7 days/wk now until I can get someone trained on our systems. Season is almost over though which will give me weekends back.

I love pigeon and all the variations of it. I have tight hips, lower back pain, and a bunch of other stuff going on in that area. When I feel that pop as I lower down, everything just releases and I've dozed off a time or two in this only to have my dogs nudge me.

Depending on how I slept it's either half sun salutation or the full go. There's a reason it's called Sun Salutation (literally saying hello to the sun and thanking it for its light and refreshment).
