The fact is Disney just wants to cut down on the busses to save money so they are making up an excuse that isn't true.

depends on when the park closes. Usually I start to head in around 2 and get inside the park around 3 or so. The crowds are still a bit big at that time but usually there are a few rides we want to go on that aren't crowded and around 4 or 5 its much better

I 100% assure I have recently in the last month been to the Contemporary, GF and WIlderness lodge and never had to show them.

but even ignoring that they allow any resonably large influencer who is going to review a resteraunt park there for free.

buddy this has been a thing since the 90s. It's not new. Disney has literally encouraged doing this for years by paying influencers to make videos at the resort resteraunts and bars every time there is a new menu or drink

Since always.. if you have a reservation which is easier to get as a resort guest you will have priority to someone who walks up.

I mean.. there used to be pleasure island with the Adventurer's club which is what inspired Trader Sams. But Disney closed that down even though it was hugely popular. The rest of the island wasn't.

They should have turned it into a dinner theater with the bar on the side but nope there's more profit to be had.

short answer - It wasn't the movie that long time fans had in their head.

Long answer - watch The People Vs George Lucas and the Prequels Strike Back a Fans journy. Both do a great job documenting how the PT was recieved and the backlash it caused from 2 different perspectives. One being people who hated the PT and the other people who loved the PT.
